eva has been working hard to create functional, appropriate and affordable workspace that offers options for a range of budgets and requirements; eva has found a home that has security of tenure and the ability to maintain affordability and development of artist led activities: all studio holders are encouraged to participate and contribute to create a 'Hub' of DIY creativity resulting in new projects, opportunities and engagement with new audiences.
