Studio/workspace information

Studio spaces are 'Small', 'Medium' & 'Large', prices below are per calender month, all space is priced at the same cost per sq ft, studios are an assortment of size and shapes.

For Example: Small units begin at 64 sq ft (8x8ft) which is £48

A medium studio may cost from £72 (90 sq ft)

and a large space from £125 (155 sq ft)

All our studios are self contained with own key, good natural light, double plug socket & 24 access.

Cost is inclusive of all services, this is the only price you pay

Facilities: eva provide shared facilities for Kilns, project development space, kitchen, internet access & outside workspace.

There is car parking & space for cycles

Allocation of studio space is made on the basis of registration date and then by matching suitability of the space to an artists practice. If there is available studio space then we will contact you once we have your details to view available workspace:

If there is no immediately available space then eva will put your details on our waiting list and will contact you when a space matching your indicated budget and requirements become available.
