162 sq ft, £146 per month. Excellent, large, self contained, ground floor studio, but with
no natural light - ideal for photographer. Available now.

183 sq ft, £159 per month. Really good, large, self contained, ground floor studio with

69 sq ft, £59 per month. Small, self contained, ground floor studio with high window giving
natural light. Available 23 March '12.
Studio 31
94 sq ft, £88 per month. Medium, self contained, first floor studio with excellent natural light.

60 sq ft, £58 per month. Small, self contained, first floor studio. High ceiling but little natural
light. Available 23 March '12.
All studios share separate kitchen facilities and use of the Project Space. We have private parking and 24 hour access to studios and wifi.
Studio price is mostly based on size, with factors such as light also being taken into account. Prices start at around £50 for a small space (60 sq ft) up to £145 for a large space (180 sq ft). A full list of studio sizes and prices is available on application.
There are two viewing dates each month and you are welcome to view spaces and to take a look around EVA.

Studio Availability
Studios range in size and design, for example a smaller lower ceiling space would suit table/desk working routine such as ceramicist or Jeweller, other studios have daylight roof panels which optimise higher ceiling wall-space for painters or large-scale sculpture or installation art.
Studios have excellent to good daylight, double plug socket and 24 hour access.
The communal aspects of the property comprise kitchen, kiln space, large project space, car/cycle parking & Wi-Fi internet access. Many useful hardware and materials shops are nearby and a large supermarket is just around the corner.
After applying for a studio space (using the online form) you will be placed on the eva waiting list and contacted following these main criteria:
1: in order of date of registration
2: By matching your space requirements & budget to availability, and suitability of practice to the space.
Information from you helps us to find an appropriate workspace, occasionally shares/and sub-lets may become available, studio space becomes available when a studio holder leaves or with the development of new studios.
